Hari ini ada program masak-memasak bersama Daddy! Mum went to her important school occasion, so the kitchen is belong to me and my dad. I saw my dad bring along a number of plastic bags in his hand when he came home this evening. I saw the greeny-greeny thing inside. Guess what? Tadaa...It's Mr. Vegetable!haha. Dad bought brinjal, bitter gourd, long beans, and some of Chinese so-called 'pak-choy'. Ey? Did I hit the right name? haha.
Okae, here's the plan. my dad nak masak menu the so-called 'sayur tiga macam' yang kitaorang selalu order di kedai. But, the tiga macam sayur consists of Mr. Brinjal, Mr. Long bean and Miss Lady Finger. we had 2 out of three. And where is Miss Lady Finger? And my dad said, "we change the third ingredient. Here's our Mr Bitter gourd." aha! Okae. Let's try!
Dengan semangat yang ada, I pun tolong my dad masak menu yang diinginkan. I tolong y'all! haha. We had fun. haha. When the dish is completely done, we had our dinner. Nyum3. Not bad ey. Delicious maa. Cuma kurang masin sikit la. Tapi boleh dimaafkan. haha. We must reduce salt in our dishes. haha. And here's the dish!
Tadaa! =) nice taw! Sedap. You should try! Kalau nak better taste, try to use udang kering. Me and my dad guna shrimp paste yang ada dalam tin je. Ye la, kalau dah lapar, mana nak larat nak tumbuk udang kering tu kan? hehe. And, nasihat saya, jangan la tukar ingredient tu. Hehe. Because bitter gourd doesn't fit the taste. Brinjal and long beans tu manis, tapi peria tu pahit. So, maybe rasa tu macam-macam la. But, tak salah kalau mencuba. =)
